Being out in nature can help us feel more relaxed, improve our mood and help reduce feelings of stress. Join us for a relaxed walk.

Join us for a relaxed walk at Countess of Chester Country Park where we’ll be taking notice of the wildlife around us whilst learning a bit more about our brilliant UK bird species. You’ll get the chance to chat to others and find out a bit more about the work of RECORD Local Environmental Records Centre. We’ll be exploring the different habitats at the park and keeping our eyes and ears open for birds along the way.
