Join CWVA for Wellbeing March as we encourage everyone to look after their own health and wellbeing during these challenging times.

During Wellbeing March, regular online sessions are being delivered by CWVA members looking at the many ways we can all maintain positive health and wellbeing. This is a great opportunity for us to showcase all the fantastic work the community sector is doing in this area.

6pm Healthbox: Mid-Week Mindfulness with Mike Henshall. (30 mins)
Join Mike Henshall for some Mid-Week Mindfulness meditation. A great way to engage with other like-minded people and take a few minutes for yourself to reconnect.
