This is an introductory session about stress management.
Let’s face it, modern life is stressful isn’t it? This session aims to offer the attendee a few tips and techniques on lowering cortisol levels and boosting endorphins. The session will touch on the causes of stress, how our body copes and how we manage those stress attacks, focusing upon how humour is an important part of the wellbeing process.
