Find out moreThe person engaged will be responsible for the on the ground development of a brand new pilot project providing support in the community for people living with dementia and their carers in their home environment. This project will be based in the Neston area. There will be a programme of specific social activities which you will organise. You will recruit a small team of volunteers who will be trained in supporting people living with dementia. You will have the ability to network locally with a variety of internal and external stakeholders so good communication skills are essential as is having strong organisational skills.
